“A powerful voice in the life of a child”

Erie County CASA provides a volunteer advocate for physically, sexually and emotionally abused children in the child welfare system. Our advocates are appointed by judges to first make sure that the child is in a safe, secure and environment and then to advocate for that child throughout their involvement in the judicial system.

In a complicated world of judges, therapists and caseworkers, our volunteers are often the only constant person in a child’s life.
